4.3 Cancellation of Pre-Orders: Due to limited production runs and inventory allocation, cancellation requests made before shipment may be subject to an administrative and allocation fee.
4.4 Extended Delays: If fulfillment extends significantly beyond the communicated timeline, customers may contact support to request a review of their order status and available resolution options.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 Currency and Fixed Pricing: Cruss Pair maintains fixed pricing for each supported currency displayed on the website.
- Orders shipped within Nigeria are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
- International orders are billed in United States Dollars (USD).
The applicable currency is determined by the customer’s shipping destination and/or the selected checkout region.

Cruss Pair does not perform live currency conversion and is not responsible for:
